Personal Hygiene - If your presence causes an issue for other customers, at the discretion of the staff at Retro Exchange, we may discuss with you steps that need to be taken to be able to continue to enjoy our space and our community. 

Abusive Language - We have ABSOLUTELY ZERO tolerance for abusive language at Retro Exchange. Use of abusive language will result in you being asked to leave and depending on the severity of the language, you may no longer be welcome at Retro Exchange. Excessive swearing may be considered abusive, at staff's discretion. 

Bullying - Behavior that demeans, is intended to hurt, or that is made at the expense of another person will not be tolerated in any form and will result in a ban from Retro Exchange. 

Clothing - Please ensure your attire is appropriate. Retro Exchange in a family friendly environment, so please dress accordingly. What constitutes appropriate attire is at the sole discretion of Retro Exchange staff. 

Drugs - We do not condone the use of drugs on the premises. If you are discovered using them or suspected to be under the influence of them, you will be asked to leave and potentially banned from Retro Exchange. 

Smoking & Vaping - We do not allow smoking and vaping in any area of Retro Exchange. Smoking and vaping is permitted outside the store, as long as it is done more than 20 feet away from the entrance to the store, in compliance with A.R.S.  §  36-601.01. 

Weapons - No weapon of any kind is permitted on the premises (concealed or open-carry) except with the written consent of the General Manager or Owner. 

Solicitation - You may not solicit/sell goods, events, or services on the premise without the written permission of the General Manager or Owner. 

Theft - Theft, against booth the store and other customers, is not tolerated whatsoever. Anyone caught stealing will be permanently banned from Retro Exchange and legal action will be taken/encouraged. 

Cheating - Cheating in any event will not be tolerated. Anyone caught cheating will be asked to leave and banned from Retro Exchange, at the staff's discretion. They will also forfeit any entry fees or prizes. 

Sportsmanship - Demeaning, disrespectful, or hurtful actions/comments before, during, or after a game will not be tolerated. Customers found to be engaging in bad sportsmanship will be asked to leave the store and depending on the severity, banned from Retro Exchange. 

Trading - Retro Exchange offers it's customers a safe and monitored location to trade with other customers. All customers are expected to engage in fair and honest trading. Anyone found to be taking advantage of other customers when trading will be banned from Retro Exchange.
